Mica Titanium Intermediate Coating

1. It is composed of epoxy resin, flaky mica iron oxide, anti-rust additives, curing agent, etc., and is packaged in two components, A and B. The coating has flaky pigments with a high pigment volume concentration. After film formation, the pigments can be arranged in parallel and directional overlap, similar to the structure of "fish scales", so it has high sealing, heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, and wide matching.
2. It can be used as an anti-corrosion paint or as a coating for zinc-rich primer to increase sealing and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for ships, containers, bridges, gas tanks, port machinery, various steel structures, concrete, etc.
Connecting function: As an intermediate coating, it can firmly adhere to the epoxy primer, and at the same time provide a good adhesion foundation for the subsequent topcoat, so that the entire coating system forms a tightly integrated whole, ensuring the adhesion and interlayer bonding between the coatings, and effectively preventing the coating from delamination and falling off.
